My personal tribute, a bit rushed, but still, a fair tribute to roughly the last who of the last Doctor Who.

The legend lives on. Actually, around 2003 all of the heads responsible for getting Doctor Who off the air we're either dead or retired. At that point everyone looked around and said let's do it.
