This image is dedicated to GustavoArmando at Artzone.com without whom this would not have been possible. I have been hunting for 2 years fro the Hawkgirl cowl. Many artists have made their own or used a decent substitute. This cowl is specifically made for V2 but can be moved to fit V4 as I have done here. It comes with the mace. and is available at cagepage.com. Thanks again dude I really appreciate your artistic spirit in sharing this info.
