Description
Been a while since I posted, but I'm still alive. Had alot to deal with lately
This was my first attempt at making a city like scene with the new Stonemason Greeble Blocks. I'd say it took about 3 days to get to this state. I would have done more with this one, but I realized that certain blocks were not to proper scale to each other. Re-scaling them would mean I'd have to completely change the layout of this city, so I've just decided to start a new one from scratch
The roads/bridges were modified pieces I did my self. I got the idea from Stonemasons renders, seeing that they weren't really included. This started out as a day scene, but I switched it to night because I like to setup lights, and the blocks just look nicer
There are about 80 buildings/blocks, 44 lights, and 2 skycars I decided to throw in there at the last minute. This was also the first time I decided NOT to use antialaising, because it actually looked better without it.
If you like this one, I'll be doing a bigger better one soon

It looks really good ! Nice atmosphere and lighting. Maybe a bit too 'grainy' when viewd at full size, imho.

Nicely done. I like the gloom, it makes you look for stuff in the image (like the bridge).

Hi Greeg amazing sci-fi cityscape. Could i use it with credits to you, like background in my soundclick site? http://www.soundclick.com/habitante133

As long as credits are given. I'll send you a PM with better details. Though personally I'm not entirely happy with this particular piece and will be working on a better version once I finish some other things
