There is something oddly poetic about Le Metro and it smells a little bit better than the subway in Chicago...well...some of the stations do. It's as elegant at the Prague subway system, though far more expansive. As for this shot, it's brilliant! Truly fantastic. I love the brilliant red, the shadow, the florescent light bars. There is so much excitement in this shot, made haunting and a bit brooding by the ONE person waiting for a train. This is superb!

i was there in 1971 lol. I saw a man pull out a big knife to rob this man in a suit and it was all takeing place in front of me about 25 feet away lol. No trouble, the man in the suit pull out a gun and the man with the knife turn white and he turn and ran away. the man in the suit went on about as if nothing happen.
