Description

These were taken on our trip to the USA in May. The flight, in a fixed wing, was very 'bumpy' and Julie was using a sick bag from start to finish but the views were awesome. Have a good weekend. Jeff. PS. Sorry about the blue hue.

I can easily imagine the bumpy flight ... it must have been much like the one I enjoyed over Sedona! Poor Julie to not enjoy that part of your trip. :( Small planes are a delight, and the perfect way to see a place like this! We just stood on the rim with our jaws hanging open.

Looks big even from up there. :) There are a lot of up drafts around the canyon, that's why it's such a bumpy ride. :) It's not that bumpy if they fly down in the canyon, but then you have to worry a lot more about crashing. : Excellent captures and collage! :)
