Wow! This is excellent work. Dark images are so difficult to pull off, but you really nailed this one. The lighting, posing, expressions, and composition just could not be any better. Adding the background dragons gives the picture a sense of depth, and the lighting effects of the torch are simply marvelous. Beyond the technicalities, this picture suggests a story that is just begging to be told. It draws the viewer into the frame and leaves one wondering what happened to bring these characters together under these circumstances. To engage the viewer emotionally and intellectually is the goal of all Art, and you have done that brilliantly here. Congratulations on a job well done!
