Description

Ok, it's not in the road; it was on a table, but "A Fork On The Table" just didn't have the same ring to it!! lol I was in the redwoods yesterday and as we walked back to the truck I passed one of the HUGE tables (20' long, redwood planks 6" thick and a foot wide) and there it was, all alone. I took several shots, then brought it home with me!! (the fork, not the table!!)

Lucky you, I've always wanted to see the Redwoods. I suppose that forest represents a fork in the road for many people.

Hummmm - I'm like this... It made me think of that old saying - "A bend in the road is not the end of the road unless you fail to make the turn."

It's a wonderful image; the lighting is beautiful, as Tara said, and I like the fact that it was just found like that. I know, I'm easy to please ;) Great shot!

I've seen redwoods. I've seen road apples (Granny Smith I think). I've never seen a fork in the road. Thanks for sharing. Nice image. I like the shine on the fork.

It is so sad that the fork was left alone in the redwood forest. Dana
