If your camera didn't move or some other way cause the doubling of the bolt you may have captured a truly rare discharge. I first thought it was some sort of mirrored type lens flare from a filter because the power lines seem to be double also but then I noticed the moon. It is not distorted. I suggest you show this to a meteorologist if you cannot explain an outside reason for the doubling. I would be very interested in your findings. Site mail me if you get a chance.
