wanted to do a Celty fan art so i did. simple as that.sketched in pencil, scanned and digitally painted in Photoshop. thanks to Jaqx-Textures for the texture http://jaqx-textures.deviantart.com/art/Concrete-cracked-50400940 i used in this image. the background was composed with a photo of Ikebukuro cause i was to lazy to paint it from scratch . hope u guys like it.
