Gorgeous concept and execution; I love the way the cracks also merge (at least thematically) with the trees. I love the aged effect you've achieved here as well as the sense of muted color. This is a fantastic piece of work and an instant favorite. I find this to be quite a haunting piece of photographic work, rather like something forgotten and rediscovered long after its "original relevance" has been lost. Antique photos always give me that feeling and this captures that perfectly.
