Description

I read about the Artist of the Month Lenord using this program Mandelbulb3D. His work was really great, so I downloaded the free program. This is what I made after a few minutes of playing. This is the first fractal program that I could jump into and sort of figure out(ok at a very basic level). I just saw this weird little abstract god king sitting on this throne with a skull behind him. No post, just Mandelbulb3D. May use this again sometime. kind of like a trip... Almost hypnotic to play with. I can imagine there some very cool universes to find in Mandelbulb3D. Looks like Lenord found many.

You will find MB3D is an addictive program. There are several of us here at renderosity that have explored deeper and deeper into this program. Lenord is an amazing resource and has helped the vast majority of us with many of the details. Excellent first attempt at this program. Please feel free to ask if there is anything you are struggling with

An excellent first piece of bulbwork. MB3D was the same with me the first time I opened it (v1.4 i think it was) it seemed to just reveal itself, by far the easiest to use and understand Fractal program I've encountered and I've tried most of them. I took a quick look at your gallery, as a Daz/Carrera user I think you could make great use of MB3D in conjunction with them, I found the MB3D/MojoWorld marrage to be quite satisfying, welcome to the MB club, any questions just ask. Peace
