Description

The Great Western Canal, at Tiverton, the Boat is Horse drawn along the Canal, Makes a good trip but you would see more if you walked along the towpath,we were unlucky because there was too many people on the boat so we never saw anything,i will up load a pic of the Horse [Dandy] tomorrow,

This just amazes me that a horse would pull this boat around the canal. :)))) I did read that rite didn't I? I am sorry you didn't get to see all from a ride on this boat. Love it! have spent many happy hours strolling along the canal at Llangollen.Great to see this guy in period garb....if you clone out the bungalow and modern cars, apply a sepia tint, you'd have a photo your grandmother could have taken....thank you Pat....
