Nice work. My son and I actually saw one of these back in the early 1990s, being chased by two RAF Tornado GR4s. We filled a report too. The only difference I can see is that yours has round white areas on the corners, whereas ours had square red lights.

Thank you TheBryster, That's funny : I'm a witness too ! :) I saw two UFO like that, around my town. And one has passed, just over my head ! In fact the "lights" are off. If they're ON, it's a mix with red/orange and yellow color. Like you can see on my previous render : "Lights crossing the dark" (not exactly like that, but it's not easy to render correctly). I think there are different kinds of Astra TR-3B. In France, I think we have a "french" military UFO, and and another in the US... Perhaps there are more UFO, than we can suppose, in the others countries ? Have a nice day, TheBryster ! :)
