Description

A break from beautiful Nicky for a moment. Thank you for all the kind comments on that series so far! This is an in the moment shot. This is what we use for a table in our living room. It is a chest from my fiance's Grandfather, and we use these pirate coasters (from my mother-in-law) to compliment it. Also this is one of two new cups we got from Value Village (haha to those of you who know what that is) and they're now the 2nd biggest green coffee cups we own haha Hope you enjoy this little macro. What a marvelous table! I love maps and what could be a better decor for a traveling chest. Thanks for the coffee! I think I'll pass on the pirates though. They are not the most accommodating of hosts. Great shot and wonderful table!

A shot like this makes me want to see more of your home decor! This is really nice. I've always liked the idea of chests and maps as furniture and room accents, and what's not to like about whompin' big mugs of coffee (or steamed milk, or coffee with rum, or rum with coffee...or...oh, you get the point.) Anyway, I like the vibe this has. The map itself adds such a wonderful visual texture and the colors are so nice and warm. Comforting. The skull-and-cross-bone coasters are a nicely creative touch. I like this a lot!
