Your image goes so well with this powerful and moving story Evie, and I'm so glad your friend was able to make it through this horrific episode. I agree totally that she is still here for a reason and God has a purpose for her. One thing is for sure she is blessed to have such a wonderful friend like you by her side during all of this.

thank goodness you were there to help her, if you weren't no one would have found her. It's a blessing and you also knew cpr which everyone should take along with basic first aid. I keep both of these active as I need for work but also handy to have just in case... Keep both of you in my thoughts and prayers..

I agree..everyone should know first-aid. Glad you were with her!!

I am happy your friend is doing better. You did the right thing and helped save her You, your friend and her husband are in my thoughts and prayers

I see this through the eyes of my profession as related to buoyancy and the realtive density of your friend and water which since she was alive and had somehow expended her breath and was not fat she sank. Doesn't have all the excitement of sirens and lawyers cautions about liability but I offer it as a certain way you found your friend. From that point ...

Wow, how scary. Glad to hear it had a happy outcome Evie. Hope you follow up with a reason for her loss of conscience. Where were the lifeguards at the community center? Bravo on the rescue and hugs from Dave :^)
