Beautiful! I love the composition, color, and light! Wonderful detail and crop. I love the highlights and shadows in the orange flowers, and the combination orange and blue. The more neutral browns and grays perfectly balance the brighter colors. Lovely capture and great title!

first, alan, I saw that your mother was ill---that was 2 months ago, but I only got back to RR 2 weeks ago. Please forgive my tardiness. But I truly hope all is well with your mom. I know you went through a lot with your dad a little ways back; I hope all is well now. And your comments when my father was dying were greatly appreciated & I wanted to thank you then, but, as with everyone else, I just couldn't find words then. But I was very moved by your support. I hope all is well with you & your family, and I send my best wishes for all. As for your work, it is balanced & lush & beautiful as always, and it's a pleasure to come here once more. This simple capture does indeed 'cascade', and it's lush and spilling quality has clarity as well. It's very nice how you show open space for the top of the vase, and then fill everything in on top & bottom. Very nice work, Alan, as always. Very sensitively done.
