Happy b-day, Delany!! Eat cake til you... well, you know. Lol! Have a blast, sweetie! Hugz ") I applied the lace texture to one of the lights, them played with the light settings & the mat settings. I kinda' like it. I made the bg in Genetica 3.5 And a couple of brushes to finish it off. Thanks for looking!

Wow.. I love this - so special and what a gorgeous effect! Thank you so much, Angel! I didn't have cake, but three huge blue moons when I went to dinner. Haven't done that in a long time - my head. :P But it was fun at the time. lol
