This one is extra special because "we" don't photograph sunflowers untill it has gone to seed. The center of this one has just started and the the rest ot it is so beautiful. Dana

Maybe it is on lookout for the young girls of the song "Where Have All the Flowers Gone." That field would be a sore temptation for any young girls so inclined. Beautiful capture! Wonderful detail of the sunflower. I like the pale veins and the hills and valleys of its leaves. The sunflower looks marvelous against this beautiful field!
