Description

Hallo friends! wie gehts meinw Deutsch freunde? Well I just had to make an art piece with this most beautiful church located in Münster, Germany! I like how the eco system worked this time in my new Vue 9 xStream, and with out a crash! (this time) lol! Approximate render time: 3 and half hours. rendered with Vue 9 xStream. A bit of info on this great church: The Ulm Münster is the highest church in the world with 161.53 m height. The originally catholic church was started in 1377 as a parish church within the city walls, as the previous one was situated far outside the city. In the fifteenth century the foundations had to be strengthened and the side aisles had to be re-erected to support the enormous weight of the west tower. 1530/1531, the church became Protestant, as the population of Ulm decided for the Protestant faith. From 1543 on, the construction was disrupted for over 300 years because of political tensions and money shortages. In 1844 the construction was resumed, so that the Minster could be inaugurated on 29 June 1890.

I remember a Krupp advertisement comparing the height of their biggest crane visually to the tower of the Cologne cathedral. Such a tribute to a class of workers who perenially keep the stones in place.
