No worries Alan, take care of your mother. I hope her troubles are short lived and she is better soon. As for this, there doesn't seem to be any apartment behind the balcony. Doesn't look like a good place for flower pots. Great find.

"O Romeo, Romeo, wherefore art ...(scream)" Oops. I'm not sure where the apartment is, but it looks like they have TV reception. Wonderful detail of this crumbling balcony. Excellent shot. I hope your mother is better.
