Description

Recent research at Leeds University in the UK has shown the ‘cost’ in effort used by wearers or medieval armour. It comes as no surprise that that the more armour the more effort needed to move, as a result the amount of armour worn by combatants reduced as its effectiveness lessened as weapons became deadlier.
