THANK YOU ALL FOR YOUR KIND COMMENTS REGARDING MY LAST POST. ---------------------- This one is pretty light fare. I was playing around with placing 3D characters within 2D photos, and trying to match up the lighting on the characters to correspond with that in the photos. This is my first attempt. A little lame, but I liked the overall result. The photo is one I took of Waimea Canyon on Kauai (flipped horizontally...just because, for some reason, I liked it better that way). The sky is pretty washed out, but that wasn't my concentration while making this composite. The 3D characters are Toon Boy Sam and Toon Girl Sadie, from 3D Universe. ---------------------- Thanks for visiting my gallery. ~rac

Placing 3D characters within a photo is not as easy as some persons would think...the lighting could be a nightmare (I know ! I'm working on the same idea !). This blend is perfect, the kids are REALLY looking at the canyon. Bravo.
