They do make a kaboom when they go off don't they - no danger though as they don't load 'em with shot anymore - you might have gone deaf for a bot though ;)

You are a brave soul, Mike! Very cool shot! Or should I say photo.. When I was a kid, a buddy and I made a canon out of a piece of pipe. We used black powder, and d-cell flashlight batteries as projectiles. Yeah we were idiots - I'm amazed I still have all my body parts! LOL

)
