Description

Just a note to let you know I won't be able to comment for awhile. My horse Joey came lame out of his stall today, and the vet said he most likely has EPM, which is a neuroligical disease brought on by wild animal excrement. Joey can't feel his legs in back and stumbles and throws his hind legs out funny. It came on overnight. He was fine yesterday. It costs over $1000.00 for treatment and then there is only a chance he will get better. Tomorrow is my birthday and this is my present. To make matters worse, my mother is getting out of the nursing home Sunday and I have to get her house ready, then take care of her until a nurse gets there, so I can't get out to see Joey. I feel like I am going to die. He is the nicest horse I have ever owned and so sweet. Thank you all for your comments on past renders, and I hope to come back with some good news. I have a bad feeling about this. I really lost hope. I guess I am feeling sorry for myself. So, for now, I will miss your wonderful artwork and will try to hurry back. Say a prayer for my Joey horse. Thank you, Sherrie
