Description
How do the Daleks stay so well maintained in the slave dept? There's never a shortage of menial tasks for the lesser races to endure and therefore a constant supply is needed. Given the attrition rate of the average Dalek slave (at the outside barely half a year in Earth-time)this means the Daleks need to spread their net wide. As welll as 'sourcing' the slaves directly the Daleks also deal with black marketeers and slave-traders from the shadier parts of space.
This freighter coming into land at New Skaro Central is just such a 'merchant'- a slave trader with a grudge against the human race so intense that he is happy to work for the Daleks.

Since they don't have hands of their own,I suppose they are limited in doing many things by themselves which causes the Daleks to exploit beings that they have overcome.Good work.
