*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~* Her eyes fixed to the shape in the distance she went down on one knee and begged her gods for help. She knew she could not bow out, she knew she had to go on. Her village depended on her. Taking in a breeze of the thunder clouded wind around her she knew she was not alone. She did not know where the strength in her came from all of a sudden, but as he stood right in front of her, glowing eyes sending shivers down her spine, her unshaking voice accompanied the lightning in the skies. "You will not pass this temple. I shall not allow you to make any more of my people suffer." His grumbling laugh shook the ground beneath her and an amused deep voice asked. "And why do you think you little mage can do that all on your own?" Sparks of fire, jumping around her iris, burned in her eyes, jumping to her fingertips where the tickling began to form dancing tongues of flames. Her arm stretching her staff to the gods as her voice, merely a whisper, rang like the loudest thunder in his eary. "Because I am never alone, and I'll fight you, with all I have." *~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~* This piece of story was in my mind for a while, finally i was able to make the render for it :) Hope you enjoy it.
