Description

A horse found walking in circles at an outdoor museum a two-hour drive from where we're staying for our vacation. The museum focussed on 1800's Denmark, and featured some of the early steam-driven machinery. Here however, at the exhibit for peat cutting, it was still horsepower at work.

What a beautiful horse and such a pretty picture against the green trees. Some local farmers still use horses for plowing and I enjoy watching them work.

Yes, it does make a pretty picture - although walking in circles all day must get a bit tedious. I bet he looks forward to meal times:-)
