Description
As I said way back I have shared my life with this wonderful (if not at times complicated breed) for 25years.
I left off with Hattie, my girl in a million, bless her. I think I have said before (so I won't bore you) from the day she started showing she won everything. She was top Munsterlander puppy of the year, in the Our Dogs, dog paper competition. She was a show champion by the time she was 21 months old. Her character was a mixture of Meadow & Jasmine. No Carla 'B' at all apart from family ties :o)
In this house whatever she won was a bonus & we were so proud of her but she did have a life other than shows. Hattie was a little character, food was her speciality, pinching it, that is. If I happened to leave the fridge door open, she was in it, taking the girls tea's out & eating them (before I knew). Licking her lips when I told her off, not a bit bothered & coming at tea time to ask where her tea was :o) I asked David to watch my tea cake I had put on the side, while he did, she pinched his. She often pinched our food at shows.
Tennis balls where her passion, she was never without one close by. She still has one now. We lost her at 15.
Hattie & Hester, who she is pictured with had the same father. These lovely pics were taken when Hattie was 9 months old by Steve, Janeedens son.

Marvelous look back at such marvelous family friend. I am very impressed with your love of animals. I have to admit I find it difficult to trust anyone that is not an animal lover. I can not imagine how anyone's heart can be so cold to not appreciate and accept the unconditional love cats and dogs offer. Our lives are always made richer by the animals we let into our hearts.
