Description
The lights went out in the middle of the night due to a lightning strike. Were off most of the day. The thunder was shaking the **** out of my house. It was pretty cool & I was enjoying the storm, but I guess I need a new surge protector.
My pc seems OK, but my Poser is jacked up.
Probably going to have to re-install from disc.
My content was gone. Good thing I have it backed up.
When I load, V4 is invisible. Lmao! Then I load another, thinking she wasn't there & she is white. No textures. Gads!
I'm just glad that today I could open my doors & let the breeze through. It was stormy & cool.
Good thing, with no ac.
Anyway...
I saw this cool set being rendered all over RO & had to have it. I love steampunk!
Tonight I'm unplugging the pc.

Fantastic work! Wonderful lighting and textures. I'm glad your pc is alright, I've lost 3, 0_o , to lighting strikes, and yes I had surge protectors on all of them, and wasn't home to unplug :( strikes

Wonderful work Angel with that new DM's set ! The storms seem to be more and more violent everywhere, I use to tunr off my computer when I hear the storm is very near : 2 years ago my speakers and my Internet modem burned out ;-)

Steampunk works so beautifully with your "darkity-dark" renders, though this one isn't particularily "dark" .. just in the lighting, which is utter perfection. Love this one, the dog makes it perfect!

Sounds almost what happens half the time I'm in DS, lost textures, display goes all wonky, can see right through things, etc. No lightning strikes for me though, I think it may be a foinked up Visual C++ Runtime... although I'm running out of things to check... lol. Dramatic lighting work, Angel, I like the dog being mostly a sillo... sihlo... ummm, an outline. :D
