If you know what it's like to have a panic attack you'll have a better understanding of what I'm trying to represent here. For me when I'm having an anxiety or panic attack I get light headed I get tunnel vision and lights seem very bright. I then start to fear people.The world around me starts to have a very surreal feel and my fears start going around and around in my head. The world around me feels warped and eerie.
