Description

A new race of humans has pushed its way out of Africa into the Middle East, then into Asia and Soutwestern Europe. The last scattered remants of the Neanderthal people have died out. The CroMagon Man, the direct ancestor of this couple is on the way out as well. For the next 20,000 years or more, their descendents will continue their hunter-gatherer culture, living pretty much as they do now. The ancestors of these first Europeans had dark brown skin and dark hair when they began their journey out of their African homeland. Since then, Nature has been at work, changing their skin ever more lighter, their hair turned blond, red, and light brown. Their noses have grown larger and more angular. There is no one to compete against, save themselves. They are the inheritors of a new world. There is only one race of humankind; Homo Sapiens. Black, Brown, Red, White, Yellow are only adjectives; not different races. All people living on this good Earth today have a common grandmother. All have a common grandfather. Wouldn't it be wonderful if we would all acknowledge that simple fact: We are related, we are family. Wouldn't it be wonderful if we responded to all other human beings we encounter as the relatives that they are? The world would be a much kinder, more gentle place if we did. ***************** Thanks for looking. Your past comments and encouragements are deeply appreciated. I knew that all homo sapiens had been traced to common female but I hadnt heard that genetics had advanced to a point that a male had been, or could be, identified. Great idea, darned good work as always.

Very nice! I wonder, though, did that red hair evolve separately with us or come from the Neanderthal?
