Description

I just hated to reduce this one, as it played havoc on the little strands of hair CWRW is so famous for.....I used the new 3Dream hair for the base, then added the strands. Background made in Vue, with a caustic overlay. Anyway....a time when mermaids ruled the sea...or maybe they still do. :O) ***merfolk tail by Arki at RDNA
