Description
Here is a famous carving of the death of a player after a ballgame at El Tajin. Some think the winner was sacrificed to their God as a reward, some think the loser was sacrificed instead. A few think the carvings were a symbolic offering of ones life and no one died. Sounds like the stakes were high!!!
