What's interesting is the fact that you can't tell if they are wanting to eat you or perhaps just a little more kindly/curious. I love that ambiguity.

I like your idea, and I seen the other pieces too... the panther's eye looks bigger than the tigers, so it would be assumed that the panter is closer - yet we see the tiger's face closer than the panther's... If your cats are 3d figures, it would be great if you can get one shot of them from head to toe, then head to chest and then the eye shot in three pannels... maybe a type of bamboo frame with some leafs - just what came to mind, trying to inspire you = lol

I was going to comment on the Jungle Eyes-Jaguar---but I already commented on it! (I almost took down my comment & wrote a new one---but that's stealing, lol, so I'll incorporate my later thoughts here.) In the Jaguar version, your broader leaves seem even more like flame, which make the ferns stand out even more. (Counterpoint again.) And here, too, you have sections where the gorgeous animals are surrounded by almost pure light or silk (for example: the bluish 'rays' on the far right of the image, to the right of the eye---it's like underwater growth where light behaves the way you often portray it, moving to every portion of a plant, moving, embracing, etc etc. In the Tiger, you've turned his/her fur-lines into a kind of "halo" (great choice!), especially to the side of its deep eyes. Just beautiful Carol. (These 'little touches' are worlds, in your hands.) But then, you also have rich yellows emerging, and what I can only call feathers. I don't know if you intended them to be, but they look like feathers; and given your many works with feathers (and all they evoke), they seem to have migrated from your other pieces to here, to honor these beasts with their always mythic presence. These are animals awash in 'curtains', and their mystery is evoked beautifully, in this series, through your intense eyes. Another beautiful series, and total magic. (My favs aren't working, they show up & then don't, and I'm too lazy these days to go fix them, so just know you'd get a bunch, I just won't be doing them formally right now. So until I get it fixed, just imagine favs here...)
