Description
this is another wonderful facade from the Mazaryk Embankment in Prague, along side the river. I've uploaded several of these before.They date from around 1900.
These 2 girls have been perched here over a 100 years and from their poses they look as if they are trying to summon up enough courage to jump!

LOL! They do look like they're contemplating some sort of action, but they are holding onto that streamer pretty well, so I doubt they'll jump...beautiful capture of these ladies, what a great architectural detail!

Well I hope they don't jump after trying to make up their minds for such a long time as they make a wonderful addition to this window. A lovely capture and the green is interesting.

Hmmm...looks like Jana and Hanka are still contemplating their own take on the Defenestration of Prague; and still haven't gotten around to it. Hey, wait...would it be defenestration if one jumped off of a window rather than out of one...and does it require pushing rather than voluntary jumping? One wonders. At any rate, I remember these two ladies fondly, and I can't remember who named them, but I distinctly remember that Hanka is the one on the left. She's the one with a little bit more attitude, apparently waiting for her boyfriend (Honza, or is it Petr?) to walk below so that he could catch her as she jumped. I love this shot and the color is amazing! Really well framed and presented.
