poser 4, vue 4, photoshop 4 i was working with raven in another image, and contemplating calling it just 'raven menaced again.' well, seems he took exception to that, and said he wanted to do THIS picture. so i said okay! things went downhill from there. first, i was setting up the props, and raven tells me, 'quit messing with the interior decoration and get to ME!' and then i said, 'shaddap, you poseur!' well, then he got po'd! finally, i put him in there and start fussing with his hair. 'what are you now, a hair-dresser?' grrr! i gave him his whip and he was happy. but then he started smiling and giving me that look.... well, it musta made me nervous, because i accidentally turned the workspace pink, and raven trashed the joint! (i won't tell you what he said when i tried to get him to try on the fantasy villains shendot.) i couldn't figure out how to light the arched room in poser, so i sent it to vue. hint: don't turn your magnets invisible in poser if you want the effect to come out in vue. (argh!) the lighting came out very well, but i had forgotten to put a hanging chain torch thing on the ceiling, and the arches really were too dark behind raven's head. but hey, vue vobs to the rescue! some replicated chains and a tureen, plus a flaming sphere, and a light, and there ya go ;) oh, and daio, raven wants to have a little 'talk' with you. something about too many scenes with him tied up and chained down, oh and those poofy prince clothes you made him model.... ;) raven is: michael with face and texture by daio. hair: wedge hair with magnets slapped on and altered texture map. clothing: michael's changing fantasy suit by anton (at daz), with black leather texture by daio, which i have been messing with. whip by ajax arched room by awful soul
