Description

Greetings and thank you for dropping by. The term ‘Logos’ has a long history originating in Greek philosophy beginning with Heraclitus (ca. 535–475 BC). The term has been used in numerous ways down through the ages. To make a very long story very short, Logos may be thought of as the rational principle that governs and develops the universe. How does this relate to today’s rendering? Well… Created in Ultra Fractal

Gorgeous image Stan. On the lower right side there is a bottle that looks like the one Genie lived in back in the 60s sitcom called I dream of Genie. Logos today is totally associated with product or service recognition. Somne Logos like the Nike swoosh are instantly identified in every corner of the world, while others are far less successful.

Fabulous image, as usual. Tasteful color patterns. I can see the concept of logos as being portrayed here as the fabric of the universe, the basic pattern for all things, some fundamental forms expanded indefinitely through self-recursiveness. Makes the mind think of the Golden Ratio, Pi... Given the fact that perception, understanding, and fact are indistinguishable, you could have just as well called it "Universe". Well done!
