Description

This guy was probably close to six inches leg tip to leg tip, maybe more, but my sense of measure has always been a little off, and I don't have any things to give an example with... tell me what ya think. (also if anyone knows the actual name of these spiders, please let me know, cause I'm in the dark on that one)

I don't know the proper name, but we always just called them Garden Spiders. They seemed to like areas with large flowering plants, like Irises. I have seen one that would be about 6 in, tip to tip, so that is a good guess on it's size.
