Description

I made this photo in 2006 I did a lot of these UV Lighting or some would call it blacklight photos. not many people looked at them so i guess no one cares. I still like them and may even do some more photos in the future. I do not know. I saw other people post photos of blacklight stuff but they was slick work and mine was more savage I guess. do not matter. each person have they own style of doing things. But please do not leave because you think some one else is better than you are. That happen in the past as some one came here to RR and started posting images of UV Lighting and when he saw mine UV Lighting he IM me and say mine was better that his and I never saw him again. My minds will never understand this action. And no i did not miss spelled MINDS i do it for a reason. Look up MIND in a big webster dictionary and there a list of over 15 meanings of MIND, so I say MINDS for which MIND are you in lol

Well, don't MIND if I do! Stellar rendition of all the colors, patterns and broken glass-like shard objects in this cool concept, Jock. This might be how a stained glass window would look like after being struck a powerful blow.

I remember your UV lighting photographs quite well! It's nice to see one from this series again. I will never understand people who find art to be a competition, but I've had the same experience as you. Someone who said a certain photograph of mine was the top of the heap of that particular genre, and they would never post one again. How silly! Well, to each their own.

You never cease to amaze me with your deep thinking and practical bottom lines. I can't say for sure, but I would guess I'm one of your top two fans of your UV lighting shots. I have always been fascinated by them - how you took them and how you thought up how to set them up. I like this because it shows the levels of thinking - or at least that's what I see.

I've always loved your photos in UV in the past, and I appreciate even in the future. Your other comment ... is the loneliness of the long-distance runner, namely n'accrocher that what we really like in a personal work. Being an artist is to have first found a personal style, not to be better so and so and-so. I fully share your comments.

I will mind you when you talk about minds... post what feels good, as long as you like it, who cares about others not liking it - and if they don't like it, maybe they can tell you what they don't like and I may be fixable.
