Taking a good photo back then was quite a venture and excitement that modern digital cameras have now unfortunately obliterated. A gorgeous shot !

I have the Yashica Mat 124G (the Lubitel the had better years 1965-66). I pulled out the Yashica to take a couple of rolls. For the Canon 500, was the strap, I ended up in water with the Canon ,neck!

I have a "seagull"...very much like these two..Do you have a place locally to buy and develop 120 film ? The best part about owning these, is the looks and question you get when using them !!

Superb shot of the twin lens 6x6's! I have a Mamiya C3 I am wanting to start using again.

"Lover" or "liker"? That's a question;) The Russian cam has a lovely name, not like those cold Canons and Nikons:P Joking, of course. Can't agree with the remarks about unexciting new cams... Have one "cold" digital Pentax and L-O-V-E shooting with it. But still keep another Communist classic, the Zenit (also from U.S.S.R.) and Praktica (E Germany) - though obviously not so old. Good luck prutzworks with these gorgeous pieces of the Past!

I used to use a Yahica 635 as my backup camera when I photographed weddings. It was my choice of camera for pictures facing towards the wedding party and bride as they walked down the isle. I sold mine for more than originally paid.
