this is part of the Trinity system of rivers that I pass often and have posted pictures before
I told Mike recently that when he posted flooded rivers where he lives that one could cross a river here without getting your feet wet.the proof is in the pudding or sand
you can tell how bad the drought is here by the trees on the river bank dying from lack of water

Mother Nature is a bit strange, here in the Northeast we're having torrential rains and crops rotting. Definitely out of balance. Excellent capture of a not so nice scene!!!!!
