Most peeple and governments seemed to be living in a fantasy world up to 2008. I personally predicted it would hit in 2005 (in 1999) but clearly I'm no expert and no-one listened anyways - lol Were still living in la-la land I think, USA fails to recognize their huge huge debt and therefore subsequent downgrading and, in the EU we have Ireland, greece, portugal and (soon) Spain and italy perhaps slowly sliding into the financial mire! But still we spend as you rightly point out, BMW's sales are at a record high I think and they're not cheap! Let's hope we don't have a double dip about to hit eh! BTW, very emotive render, hence the vitriolics above ;))

Fantastic image and lighting. Well, isn't it always the case? When things go bad, the rich still don't suffer. Corrie

i bet i belongs to Arnold Pervynegger. a lot or even mots of the administrations have lived over their means in every country. some countrys can afford playing a bit more than others. i always say if you want to pee with the big dogs make sure you can lift your legs. germany was spending excelsiive money and spain and greeve they thought they could play the same game. now see how germany raised from the war WWII-they are able to handle crisis they have the intelligence and the force to handle even tricky situations.greece dont even produces bycicles, spain started to ripp off the tourists in the last years well - also with the real estate sharking unbeleivable prices. i had to sell my house for an overdriven high price just to pay me the penthouse. if the penthouse would have been cheaper the other guy could have gotten my house for less. we did not wanted to make money on the side we wanted to move from a to b without loss. the people go to bulgaria/romania they also have the sea and the sun and they are cheaper- italy was the same they thought the tourists come eternally and they dictated the prices. people go away in other lands if they feel beeing ripped off. its all a giant soap ball and i am afraid the shit will hit the fan soon.

DA's make good money and they can be corrupt, too. Just look at the improper conduct that leads to convictions of the innocent. Great image and that is a nice building.
