Description
This is the Amorphophallus konjak. The tuber with no earth and water on the windowsill. Then start the flowering. The stalk was 100 cm hight, the flower 50 cm also 1,50 m. The fower is nice but it smells like rotting meat. horrible.

If I could make a few suggestions to you, you might be able to show off your favorite flower a little better. First of all, these are many distractions here, you could crop on the left side to remove the wall or fencing that is there, also try to watch when you are shooting flowers to shot in a way to avoid the background, try different angles. Also there is a lot of glare on the photo watch the lighting and exposure. I am not trying to pick on your work, just trying to give a few tips that might help. I would love to see you try to reshoot it and see it better. Odd that it has an odor like that..haha not sure that would make it my favorite plant. :)

this is no problem. Thank you for your tips. I think in next time I will upload an other pic of this plant. the smell of the flower is horribel, but the color and the one leaf are so interesting. Have a nice day.

I rented a house a long time ago and this grew in the side yard, we called it a Dead Horse Plant. Fascinating to look at, but you're right, putrid smell (the flies loved it!).

Yes .... they dooo have an odor don't they LOL I used to have one of these things; fun to grow! Nice shot, thanks for sharing :)
