Description
Very dark chocolate milk curdled clouds?
Captured 12/19/05, early in the morning, essentially at the end of that magic eleven day period when my area was treated to this rare atmospheric event of really weird cloud formations.
BTW, all of these cloud pics date back to pre-Renderosity days, when I really wasn't thinking about quality. If I had known better back then, or had any inkling that I would be displaying these on an Internet website in the future, I wouldn't have shot them at a puny 640x480 resolution. Nowadays all my stuff is at least 1280x960 reso.

Harry...in pre-Renderosity days I had to take 640 x 480...that's all my little 1.3MP SONY Cybershot could handle. And my flash card could only hold 30 such images. Wow, hasn't digital camera life changed!!! Like your sky...reminds me of Richardphotos' Texas skies.

I love the ripples and the progression from blue and gray to golden. I can see the motion in this one, the darker clouds moving over the lighter ones. Excellent capture!
