I started this a day or so ago, but I have no idea what it should be or what it should become, dose anyone else have any good ideas on what I should do with it. Comments please!!!!!

Cool looking object. I'd go with a wheel (one directional since the other way would make it want to dig a hole with those edges), or an engine maybe.

Are you guys sleeping or something?! Isn't it obvious that the green thing in the center is somesort of powerful energy source and the bigger grey stuf is the armour needed to contain the immense energy that the inner thing produces! This my friends is the Duracell of the future! With this that pink bunny wont ever stop pounding it's little drum!

How about a tire with a supercell to power it. Imagine a car without an engine. Instead the engines are in the wheels, freeing up a lot of storage space or allowing the car to be smaller and more aerodynamic. Thanks for asking the question, it led to a few imaginative ideas.

X-Zyon Yes, it's just the Max r4 shader, I've got one main spot light, four blue-green omnis and a hole lot of the purple spot lights. I should add some more fill lights to the scene but I think it look OK for now. Thanks for all the great ideas I think I know what to do with it now, I'll post an update soon. Thank for the help!!!!

Looks like something sci-fy,or ahhh..umm something youd find in space. Hmmm..maybe that aqua-greenish colored ball is a matrix,resting in some sort of refomating oracal,or it could be some kind of weapon,that opens on the sides and unleashes a abstract blast of energy,or a quawntum-serge that reformats old plantlife into new technological/organic life-forms.

I think its an air freshener :) or perhaps an anti-grav yo-yo, it has gears and cogs....I got it, its an automatic orange juicer. Drop it in a bag of oranges the middle serated bit extends and cuts the orange in half, the purple bit extends and surrounds the orange and the curved splines squish the juice out which is collected in the outer OJ tank. You know I'm right ;)
