a friend told me to photograph the flower without distraction, so I did. This is the result.

Turning the camera and making it a vertical might help also. I grew one like this in my garden a long time ago. I think it was called Devil's Tongue or something like that. The stench is to attract flies which are the pollinators. Amazing flower.

The flower of Devil's Tongue is only 25 cm long and 50 cm high. the leaves have white speckle. this plant is the Amorphophallus konjak and 1,50 m higt.
