Description
For some time now I've notices things missing .. a teacup here, a gravy-boat there, and I think I've solved the mystery. We have both Fae and Elfin folk at the Hollow. Seems they've been traveling back and forth with us. The Elfin folk are quite clever, and have found uses for things I'd never have thought of!
A gravy-boat makes a nice little body for a flying machine .. and when dragonflies die, no point in letting their wings go to waste. Most dragonflies are quite happy to donate wings, post mortem, as they feel a part of them continues to fly this way.
So this is what has become of some of my things! Good thing I had my camera handy early on this morning, as this little Elf is making an early morning tour of my garden. I'm surprised she's left the lantern on, since the sun is already up!
I suspect she's looking for just the right flower for Nancy's Birthday. Looks like she might choose a zinnia!
Happy Birthday Nancy, hope tomorrow is a marvelous day, with sunshine and a nice warm breeze! I can already taste the birthday cake!
May you have a wonderful year ahead, may your health be perfect, may finances never be a worry, and may sunshine always be with you, but no so much that your garden suffers from no rain, grins!
The little elf is by Leilana .. what wonderful tubes she offers us for free, the wings are from a dragonfly by pspworkshop, another artist who offers so many wonderful free tubes. The rest is mine, layered and layered and layered in PSP

Man, there are a lot of people born this time of year, think the parents might have been cold and had to huddle up - lol I'm having a hard time keeping up with comments... I've been spending sooooo much time commenting that I find little time to do artwork - lol... and birthdays... I enjoy making birthday dedis, but this last month I put it off cause I just couldn't find the time... I can't believe I've been commenting for 4 hours and still have 30 more to go... Ohhhhhh I am flower fanatic LOL and zinnia's are my fav when I get plants every year at the nursery the ladies kid holler......Mom the zinnia lady is here LOL they can't remember my name but they know I love the zinnia's so to them I am known as the zinnia lady LOL Love this.........def a fav Hugs Susan~
