Description
This was a eagle at the birds show in Dollywood.
taken August 14,2011. They have quite the collection of eagles and other birds in her sanctuary.Will post more in coming days.

it makes me sick to see this poor creature in a cage like that. people have dogs and cats that they would never stick in a cage but a beautiful creature like this caged like this is a shame and makes me shameful of the state in which this is occurring like so many other unspeakable acts of men/women...mothership please come and rescue me... chills and thrills

I know in these cases, they are birds of prey that are injured and cannot be released into the wild. Still sad to see, but at least they can help educate the public. Some people would never see a majestic Bald Eagle unless in a place like this.
