Description
I spent an afternoon with friends at the Tennessee Valley Railroad Museum in Chattanooga. They have a great collection of lovingly restored engines and rail cars, and provide rides to interesting places around the city. We took a short ride to the maintenance yard, where they do the actual restoration work. As our train pulled into the station, we were told to stay behind the yellow line on the platform. I felt a powerful urge to step onto the tracks for a head-on shot, but I just barely managed to resist.
