Description

My original try at creating this artwork was done back in January 2010. I've always loved the concept which just sort of "happened" one element at a time but the art itself no longer impresses me. So, I recreated it. I managed to find the original scene file so I worked from that. I improved the lighting, skin shaders, changed the hair, improved her pose, changed the camera angle, and did a much better and smother job at post-work. It took a couple days to get all these improvements done but it was well worth it in the end. So what's the story behind this image? As I said, it just sort of happened. Perhaps it was my subconscious letting me know that I'm a prisoner of my own making. I could escape at any time but I remain for what reason, I do not know. Maybe fear?
